VII. How to Buy
VII.1. Prices
Unless otherwise specified, the prices of products displayed on the site represent the final purchase prices and include VAT. The final purchase prices may be suggested prices set by manufacturers or suppliers or may be estimated based on standard prices applicable in the industry of the marketed product. The final purchase prices may not represent the most competitive prices in a certain product segment or for a certain period.
VII.2. Payment Methods
For the payment of ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: Online card payment or cash in-store. If you have chosen card payment as a payment method, the next screen will thank you for your order and provide you with the relevant information for the order and payment. You will also receive this information via email, in the form of an invoice (details in Chapter VII.2.1). If you choose to pay cash in-store, after placing the order, you will receive via email the relevant information for your order in the form of an invoice, following which the payment for the product will be made by the person picking up the products from the store.
VII.2.1. How to Buy and Pay for Products on the dokybaits.nl Website by Card Payment?
You can purchase products via dokybaits.nl by following 3 steps:
a. Select the product you wish to purchase and click on the "Continue to Checkout" link.
b. Enter/confirm your personal details. This information is necessary for the correct and efficient processing of your order. Please accurately complete the form and indicate the individuals to whom billing and delivery is made. The email address is extremely important, as information related to the order and the products ordered will be transmitted via email. An incorrect email address slows down the entire order process. Furthermore, the Company will not be able to contact you and inform you about the status of your order. If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address, please indicate this by unchecking the option. The address for delivery is the same as the billing address at the end of the form. Choose your desired payment method and confirm your data by selecting "Place Order". If you have chosen the online card payment method, you will receive an email invoice with all the details pertaining to your order.

IX. Product Description and Return Policy

Consumers have the right to notify the retailer in writing that they cancel the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract.
If you choose to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in its original packaging, undamaged, at your own expense.
- to return the purchased product in working condition, undamaged, in the state in which it was delivered to you.
Consumers cannot return the following purchased products, unless otherwise agreed by the parties:
- Unsealed or used products.
X. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Types of Content
